An affirmation written by Charles Fillmore in his 90s: “I fairly sizzle with zeal and enthusiasm and spring forth with a mighty faith to do the things that ought to be done by me.”

*PS-Dear Reader- The only favor I ask is that you follow the story, Share if you are so inclined. Know that I am following dreams as you do.

56 Days

Dear Josh-

As you know weekends are when I go off script and go personal. This morning a really awesome friend of mine, Glen Vigus helped me…and went above and beyond any possible expectation I might have had in regards to this project. He crafted this video. I hope it offers even more insight into what I am creating an opportunity for and the truth is, I am almost at the “hump day” of this project and I would like to say I put every ounce of my all into the effort to create the opportunity…as an inspirational woman(Lorie Burch) once said….” throw yourself into the effort and have no Plan B”

And then today while I was having lunch with a dear friend, who has seen the absolute worst of me and still loves me….I get a FB message from another friend Shannon and she wanted to let me see what she had written about me for a submission to  one of Ellen DeGeneres  story categories and I have to put it here….It floored me and made me cry…..and again made me see how many people are truly out there supporting me…and this book.

Please help me friend, Miriam Rieck, by sharing her passionate story! She is on an all-out, public campaign to get a message past the insulating wall of humanity that surrounds Josh Groban. As a professional photographer, she has a burning urge to visually express the story of his talent, commitment and experiences as an official photographer for his upcoming tour. She started writing one personal letter every day to Josh, exactly 104 days before the start of his rapidly approaching tour date. Despite a vast amount of media attention about her campaign, it is not yet apparent that Josh has yet seen even one of them. No one is more committed to this opportunity than, Miriam. Her fearless, transparent, dedicated pursuit of this passionate dream has been a beautiful example of how to “Be Brave” and pursue one’s goals with a singular focus and purpose. It has been inspiring to observe her journey. I believe she will be successful in getting her message through to Josh and that Josh will have the opportunity to welcome her aboard their team for the entire tour. Here is a link to one of the many news article about her story: Respectfully submitted, Shannon Sanford, RN, IBCLC

I will be honest, there is nothing I can add to this letter today. I would say the video speaks for itself…tomorrow I am going to post the written transcript I had for the video…I went a little off of my script but as I recently told someone, I cannot be anything other than me…all of me, unconditionally and unapologetically me.

Until tomorrow

  1. Howdy! I could have sworn I’ve visited this site before but after
looking at some of the articles I realized it’s new to me.

Nonetheless, I’m certainly delighted I stumbled upon it and I’ll be book-marking
    it and checking back often!
